These terms govern your use of the PeptiSkin website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors before an order is dispatched, and to cancel an order affected by such an error, with a full refund.

Product use

PeptiSkin products, including Copper Tripeptide-1 serums, are cosmetic skincare and haircare products intended for topical use as directed on the packaging. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Discontinue use and seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional if irritation occurs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or the resupply of services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
