Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your PeptiSkin order. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind returns, unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less the cost of return shipping. Opened skincare and haircare items cannot be returned for change-of-mind for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps by email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are returnable on the same terms unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
