How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and dispatched via a tracked carrier.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is generally 2 to 7 business days depending on your location within Australia, longer for regional and remote addresses. Shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed to you once your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow it the rest of the way with the carrier.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact our support team using the details on the contact page and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less the cost of return shipping. Opened skincare and haircare items cannot be returned for change-of-mind for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
What if my order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps by email.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are returnable on the same terms unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

What order should I apply peptide products in?
Thinnest to thickest: cleanse, then water-light serums such as peptides, then moisturiser, then sunscreen in the morning. If you use several serums, apply the lightest texture first and give each layer a minute to settle.
Can I use copper peptides with vitamin C or retinol?
The cautious convention is to separate them: vitamin C in the morning, copper peptides at night. Retinol pairs well on alternate nights to peptide serums, or peptides in the morning and retinol at night.
Can sensitive skin use copper peptides?
Copper Tripeptide-1 is generally considered gentle and is often chosen by people whose skin looks reactive. As with any new cosmetic, patch test on the inner forearm for a few days first and introduce it slowly alongside a simple routine.
How often should I apply a scalp serum or spray?
Daily or every second day is the usual rhythm. Scalp serums and sprays are leave-on products: apply to the scalp in sections, massage briefly with fingertips, and style as normal once it settles in. No need to wash it out.
