Shipping Policy

PeptiSkin ships within Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and dispatched via a tracked carrier. Delivery times are generally 2 to 7 business days depending on your location, longer for regional and remote addresses.

A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves our warehouse. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact our support team using the details on the contact page and we will investigate with the carrier.

Shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout before you pay. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect delivery details supplied at checkout, or events outside our reasonable control.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch, and a reasonable postage fee may apply.
